• Do not change gear frequently after entering water and ride the bike in first or second gear only. Avoid pressing the clutch during this. Because if you press the clutch, water can reach the engine through the silencer. Since the silencer of the bike is very small and towards the bottom, it can draw water.
• If the water is high, never take a bike and get into it. The engine of the motorcycle is open and is very low, in such a situation, getting water on the hot engine can damage the head. At the same time, when water reaches the air filter, it will also reach the engine and the bike will stop.
• After crossing the water, park the motorcycle at a high place with the front wheel facing upwards and leave the start for some time.

If the bike stops….
If your bike stops in water, do not try to start it. Take it out of the water and stand it on a high place with the front wheel facing upwards. Open the air filter of the bike and see if there is any water there. If there is water, remove the air filter and allow the area to dry. After this try to start the bike once. If it starts easily, then let it start for some time and then buy a new air filter.

If the bike does not start, do not try to start it again and again. This can damage the head, piston, rings and crank of the engine. Take the motorcycle to a service center immediately and get it fixed.
