Tesla has shared complete job information on its website, according to which test drivers will be paid 18 to 48 dollars (about Rs 4000) per hour. At the same time, these drivers will have to work in shifts. The company has taken out vacancies for cities like Texas, Austin, Denver, Colorado and Brooklyn in America.

Tesla has told that the drivers will not need any degree, but they must have 4 years of driving experience as well as a clean background and complete knowledge of traffic rules. Drivers will record the feedback they get from driving Tesla’s electric vehicles. The company says that this will help in making the vehicles even better.
