KTM 250 Adventure: KTM 250 Adventure Update Launch Price Features Engine

KTM has launched the 2023 model of the 250 Adventure in India, priced at Rs 2.47 lakh (ex-showroom). The company has brought this bike as per the new OBD-II standards and apart from this no changes have been made.

The KTM 250 Adventure is powered by a 248.76 cc, single cylinder, liquid cooled engine that comes with a Bosch electronic fuel injection system. This engine produces 29.6 bhp power at 9000 rpm and 24 Nm torque at 7000 rpm.

It has a 6-speed gearbox which comes with a slipper clutch. In terms of styling, it gets a single pod headlight, a small windscreen, side slung exhaust and split style seats. It has a 14.5-litre fuel tank.

The KTM 250 Adventure features a halogen headlight, LED DRLs, an LED taillight and an LED turn indicator. At the same time, a digital instrument cluster has been given in this bike, which has been given average speed, gear position indicator.

The KTM 250 Adventure is built on a tubular split-trellis frame. For suspension, 43 mm inverted forks have been given at the front and pre-load adjustable mono shock at the rear. For braking, 320 mm single disc has been given at the front and 230 mm single disc at the rear.

The bike gets dual channel ABS, a slipper clutch, 12V socket. The curb weight of KTM 250 Adventure is 177 kg. It has been made available in two color options which include Factory Racing Blue and Electronic Orange.

Along with this, KTM has also launched 390 Adventure X. It has been brought at a price of Rs 2.80 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Compared to the old model, the price of KTM 390 Adventure X has come down by about Rs 58,000.

To reduce the cost, the company has removed many electronics in 390 Adventure X, including quick shifter, cornering ABS and traction control. The KTM 390 Adventure X comes with dual channel ABS with an option to switch off the rear ABS.

It gets full LED lighting, dual channel ABS with off-road mode, sleeper clutch, 12V USB socket. In this, LCD dashboard has been given instead of TFT display.
