Ather has recently revamped its existing product portfolio. While the company has discontinued its cheapest model 450 Plus model, the current 450X has been brought with Pro Pack. The company now sells only the 450X model.

A new base variant of the Ather 450X has been introduced and it has become the entry-level model of the brand. The Ather 450X has been launched at a price of Rs 98,183 and with the Pro pack it costs Rs 1,28,443.

Features: The Ather 450X gets a greyscale dashboard that comes with a host of connected smart features. Although it gets the same LED lighting. 450X Pro packs guide-me-home lights, auto cut turn indicators, Bluetooth.

It also gets 4G connectivity, a multi-colour dashboard and connected features. Apart from this, this electric scooter with Pro Pack has been given Park Assist, Riding Modes and Hill Assist which makes it smart.

Battery: Both the scooters get the same battery pack. It packs a 3.7 kWh capacity battery and comes with a certified range of 146 km. But there is a lot of difference in the charging time of both the electric scooters.

The 450X electric scooter takes 12 hours 15 minutes to charge up to 80%, while it takes 15 hours 20 minutes to charge up to 100%. The 450X Pro pack takes 4 hours 30 minutes to reach 80% charge.

At the same time, it takes 5 hours 40 minutes to charge it up to 100%. When charging from Ather Grid, it charges at 1.5 km/min between 0-50% and 1 km/min between 50-80%. The 450X does not get free access to the Ather Grid.

Warranty: Both the electric scooter and the charger come with a warranty of 30,000 kms or 3 years. Although the warranty of the battery is different. 30,000 kms or 3 years warranty on 450X and 60,000 kms or 5 years warranty on Pro Pack.

Both electric scooters get maximum power of 6.4 kWh and torque of 26 Newton meters. They have a top speed of 90 km/h and these electric scooters can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in just 3.3 seconds.
