HOP Leo High Speed Electric Scooter: Electric vehicle manufacturer HOP Electric has launched the high-speed variant of its HOP LEO electric scooter. The new HOP LEO Hi-Speed has been made available at the company’s showroom at a price of Rs 97,000. According to the information, the speed of this electric scooter is more than 50 km / h.
The new Hope Leo uses a 2.1 kWh electric motor that produces 2.95 Bhp of power and 90 Nm of peak torque. This e-scooter can be run up to 120 kilometers on full charge. For different speeds, the company has given three riding modes – Eco, Power and Sport. It also has a reverse mode.
An 850-watt charger has also been provided with Hope Leo High Speed, so that this electric scooter can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in two and a half hours. Talking about its features, it gets telescopic forks at the front and spring loaded dual shockers. This electric scooter also has a disc brake on the front wheel with a combi-brake system.
The Hope Leo is also equipped with regenerative technology that charges the scooter’s battery when it brakes. The ground clearance of this scooter is 160 mm. It has an LCD display for battery, range and speed information. The company has also given the option of installing a third party GPS tracker in it.
The scooter is available in five different colors – Black, White, Grey, Blue and Red. The new Hope Leo is available across company showrooms across India and is priced under Rs 1 lakh, according to the company. However, as per sources, it will be available in the range of Rs 97,000 to Rs 98,000 (ex-showroom).
