KTM 390 Adventure X: KTM 390 Adventure X Variant Launch Price Features Engine

KTM has launched the 390 Adventure X in India, priced at Rs 2.80 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Compared to the older model, the price of KTM 390 Adventure X has come down by around Rs 58,000.

Let us tell you that the KTM 390 Adventure X is only Rs 36,000 more than the KTM 250 Adventure model. To reduce the cost, the company has removed many electronics in 390 Adventure X, including quick shifter, cornering ABS and traction control.

The KTM 390 Adventure X comes with dual channel ABS with an option to switch off the rear ABS. It gets full LED lighting, dual channel ABS with off-road mode, sleeper clutch, 12V USB socket.

In this, LCD dashboard has been given instead of TFT display. Its hardware has been kept similar to the standard version. For suspension, 43 mm front forks and 10-step adjustable WP rear mono shock have been given at the rear.

For braking, the 390 Adventure X has a 320 mm single disc brake at the front and a 230 mm single rotor at the rear. The bike gets a 14.5-litre fuel tank and weighs 177 kg.

The KTM 390 Adventure X has been made available in two color options – Galactic Blue and Dark Galvano Black. Coming to the engine, it is powered by a 373.27 cc, single cylinder, liquid cooled engine with dual overhead camshafts.

This engine provides 42.9 bhp power at 9000 rpm and 37 newton meters of torque at 7000 rpm. It has a 6-speed gearbox. This engine is as per RDE and BS6 Phase 2.

The fully loaded version of the KTM 390 Adventure has been made available at a price of Rs 3.37 lakh. The company’s Adventure series is very popular among adventure enthusiasts in India and the new variant has been introduced to improve the sales of the 390 model.

The company has crossed the record of producing one million bikes at the beginning of the year. The one millionth motorcycle was the KTM 390 Adventure. This bike company is in a segment for which it is known globally.
