First download the Truecaller app on Android or iOS.
Now tap on the hamburger menu made in the top left. This menu will be found at the bottom in iOS.

Then tap on Privacy Center.
Now scroll down and go to the Deactivate option.

There is a slightly different processor on iOS. In this you will get Keep my Data and Delete my Data option. You will be able to search anything with Keep my Data. But you will not be able to edit the way it is displayed on Truecaller. With the Delete my Data option, you will not be able to search and your data will be deleted.

Apart from this, you go to Settings on Android, and then select Google from here. Open Connected Apps from here. You will see the deleted apps here. Here you can remove access by seeing the app in the list. This will keep your data safe.
