French carmaker Citroën’s hatchback Citroën C3 was recently spied testing. The car got 0 stars in Latin NCAP. There are many reasons why this car got 0. These include defects in car unstable structure, frontal impact protection, side head protection. Deficiencies were also found in the seatbelt reminder of the car.

Citroen C3 manufactured in Brazil
The Citroen C3 manufactured in Brazil comes with two front airbags. Along with this, Electronic Stability Control (ESC) feature is also available in it. Got 30.52 percent score in adult occupant protection. It got 12.10 percent score in child protection. It got 49.74 percent score in pedestrian protection. The car got a score of 34.88 percent in safety assistance.

Frontal Impact Safety Cum
In the frontal impact class, the hatchback has less protection for the driver’s chest as pretensioners are not used in this car. Moreover, the footwell area and structure is unstable. Latin NCAP did not conduct a pole impact test as the C3 does not get standard side head protection.
