New Delhi. Jeep India has launched the Assured Buyback program for its customers in India. The carmaker has launched this program for the Jeep Compass and Meridian SUVs. Under this program, you can become the owner of the car without buying the car from the company. To buy a car under the buyback program, the customer will have to pay Rs 40,000 per month, which will be for a maximum period of 4 years.
Under this plan, a distance limit of 20,000 kilometers has been given every year. That is, customers can drive the car bought under this program up to 20,000 kilometers in a year. Let us know what are the other benefits of Jeep’s buyback program.
No tension of service and repairing
The company has told that this program is to enhance the consumer experience. The company will bear the responsibility of servicing the car purchased under this program. The amount to be paid by the customer will cover the cost of extended warranty, annual maintenance, road side assistance and insurance for the first year. The company has joined hands with ALD Automotive for this programme.
This is how you will get the benefit of buyback
The company claims that after completion of four years, customers can return the SUV to the company. On doing so, the company will buy the car back from the customer by paying 55% of the ex-showroom price of the SUV. Under this program, customers can take home the car on EMI at the lowest interest rate of 27 percent.
In which cities the program was launched
As of now, Jeep India has launched this program only in select cities of the country. These include cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi and Ahmedabad. Depending on the demand, the company may expand the program to other cities as well.
