The entertainment website has learned from a source that the digital rights of Dunki have been sold to JioCinema for Rs 155 crore. The source also told the website that two of India’s biggest global icons are coming together to produce a film that is expected to make a global impact, which has led to the biggest post-theatrical deal ever .
Dunki’s Rs 155 crore deal is reportedly more than SRK’s September release ‘Jawan’ and Netflix’s deal.
The film also stars Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal in lead roles. It is scheduled to release on December 22, 2023.
