OnePlus unveiled Ace 2 earlier this month. Ace 2 earlier this month in China using it’s Snapdragon 8+ Generation 1 SoC. The company is expected to announce an upgrade that’s a variant of Ace 2 with the Dimensity 9000 chip running the show. OnePlus hasn’t released any details regarding its Ace 2 Dimensity Edition yet however, thanks to the reliable tip-off site Digital Chat Station, we have a clear idea of what the device will appear like.
DCS released an image that shows our OnePlus Ace 2 Dimensity Edition in black. It is a more elegant design in comparison that of the Snapdragon model and the back cover featuring four circles that house two of 3 cameras. It also features an alert slider located on the right side of its frame, which is joined by a power button.

Rumors suggest that the primary camera in the new OnePlus Ace 2 Dimensity Edition will be 64MP OV64M sensor, instead of the IMX890 50MP sensor used on the Snapdragon version.
Charge speed reported to be decreased from 100W to just 80W, however, it is believed that the Dimensity Edition is expected to have the same specifications along with Snapdragon version.
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen1-powered OnePlus Ace 2 was introduced as the OnePlus 11R in India. It is yet to be determined whether this Dimensity Edition will also be launched under a different brand name outside of China.
