UK-based manufacturer Privateer, known for its premium mountain bikes, has introduced the E-161. This electric enduro mountain bike comes with excellent specifications. The company has collaborated with Shimano for the E-161 enduro bike that comes with electric boost. It gets a powerful Shimano EP801 electric motor capable of generating 85 Nm peak torque and 500W of max power and is mated to a Shimano SLX 12-speed transmission. It gets a 630 Wh battery pack from Shimano. However, the company has not given the exact range information.

It gets a strong 6061-T6 aluminum full-suspension frame, thanks to which it can withstand even rough terrains. This includes a 170-mm Fox 38 Performance Elite e-Bike+ fork and Fox Float X2 Performance rear shock and 161 mm of rear wheel travel. It gets a 29-inch front wheel with alloy wheels and a 27.5-inch rear wheel equipped with Hunt E all-mountain rims.
