Hero Xtreme 200 4V: Hero Motorcorp has launched its 200cc bike Xtreme 200S in the Indian market with an update. The company has launched the Xtreme 200S with a 4 valve engine. Hero has priced the new Xtreme 200S 4V at Rs 1.41 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Talking about the price, the Xtreme 200S 4V 2Valve is Rs. 6,000 more expensive than the model.

Getting new features
The Xtreme 200S 4V is equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster with turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth connectivity and call and SMS alerts. The motorcycle also gets clip-on handlebars for a sporty riding experience. The new Hero Xtreme 200S 4V is available in three paint schemes – Moon Yellow, Panther Black Metallic and Stealth Edition.

Talking about its specifications, it gets conventional telescopic forks at the front and 7-step adjustable mono-shock suspension setup at the rear. The bike gets dual disc brakes with 17-inch alloy wheels. The bike gets a wider rear tire for better road grip.

engine became powerful
The Xtreme 200S 4V is powered by a 199.6cc, 4-valve, oil-cooled engine. Hero’s XSense technology is available in this engine. The engine is OBD2 and E20 compliant. Talking about the power figures, this engine produces a power output of 18.9bhp at 8,000rpm and peak torque of 17.35Nm at 6500rpm. The engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox. This engine generates 6 percent more power and 5 percent more torque than its 2V model.
